Death to Heal Your Hurts

I firmly believe that God is leading us to heal ourselves and recover all our broken hurts. Surprisingly, the genuine hope starts to sprout from the soil of complete abandonment, complete loneliness, complete sacrifice, and complete death. Indeed, my Lord Jesus taught

Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (John 12:24-25)

God asks us to disarm all my own weapons, like guilt, desire, wisdom, pride, before He gives us his eternal gift of the Holy Spirit. God, please let us throw away all our weapons. God, please let us be poor and miserable, so that we can cry out to you. For You are Great and Glory!
